Arctic Blast
Arctic Blast draws heat out of the tissue, rather than trying to push it in, allowing faster and longer cooling, without risking peripheral nerve damage.
Arctic Blast should be used for the first two to three days after an injury, or until the swelling goes away. If you sprained something and, after 5 days, it is still swollen, you should continue to use Arctic Blast. Some injuries are caused by overuse, referred to as Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS), for example you may have pain in your knees after running, or in your elbow after playing tennis. You should use Arctic Blast directly after the activity that causes the discomfort.
